Are you<\/strong> struggling too when people tell you to \"Be yourself!\"<\/strong> - because you don't really know who you are?<\/p>

Then you feel just like I felt at that time
when I was already on my way
but at that point always stopped and asked myself:<\/p>

\"Yes, alright, thank you! But . . .<\/p>

. . . who am I really?
. . . what makes me the person I really am?
. . . what is my deepest desire?
. . . what is my being and purpose?
. . . what is my message to the world?
. . . what opportunities do I have?

It made me angry<\/strong> because I was absolutely unable to make use of this statement, let alone come close to guessing who I really was at that moment.<\/p><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Every person by nature has potential, these are certain abilities, such as gifts and talents.<\/p>

All the resources necessary to allow these abilities to blossom already exist within you.
For various reasons they are hidden within you and sometimes find it difficult to develop and unfold.<\/p>

Over the years, I have become acquainted with many methods and theories, which always helped me, but only to a certain extent,<\/strong> because they also made me forget a little about what characterizes me and who I really am.<\/p>

With the methods and theories, I was following guidelines that I often failed to follow. Whenever I really had the will and the right motivation, I would get to that same point again and get stuck again.<\/p>

Then I asked myself, \"What's wrong with me?\"<\/strong><\/p>

From there, I allowed myself to experiment and learn how to communicate with myself. Eventually, I was able to gain my insights from my life experiences, and my todays\u2019 wisdom comes from those experiences.<\/p>

If I had stuck to strategies, I would not have been able to develop freely into the person I really am.<\/strong><\/p>

So, for me, this led to a deeper understanding and inner confidence.<\/p>

Thanks to my inner confidence and strength, over time I learned to follow my inner truth,<\/strong> even if it went against of beliefs of famous coaches, my family, and my environment.<\/p><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
